Most people only ever get to see one business properly from the inside. I’m lucky enough to see quite a few, and to hear what people are really working through: what they’re trying to build or fix, where things are getting stuck, the opportunities they can see, and whether the answer might be better process, systems, data or AI.
This is where I write about the ideas, patterns and questions that stay with me afterwards. Sometimes because I’ve seen them more than once; sometimes because one conversation was interesting enough that I kept thinking about it.
